Common questions
Which airlines does Starlog support?
Roster sync is currently tuned for Maersk Air Cargo crews (CGN- and BLL-based) who use Navblue Raido. Manual logging works for any pilot, but the automatic sync won't work for other operators yet.
Where is my flight data stored?
Your flights, sims, duties, crew and roster live only on your device. They are never sent to Starlog's servers. The only data on our servers is your email address and subscription status. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Starlog Pro is billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Your free logbook stays yours.
How do I export my logbook?
Pro subscribers can export a signed EASA Part-FCL or UK CAA CAP 758 logbook PDF from inside the app, plus a full JSON export of your account data via More → About → Export My Data.
How do I delete my account?
Use Delete Account in the app (Account settings). This removes your account and wipes local data. See the Privacy Policy §6 for retention detail.
